STEPS (ITALIAN)
1. UNDERSTANDING THE CONCEPT
In the first training phase, the user will be introduced to the concept of executive coaching, its scope and process as well as its shortandlong term benefits.
2. NEEDS ASSESSMENT
Once the concept has been clearly understood, the following step is to assess the needs of the employees with a view to finding areas for improvement and enhancing their existing strengths. In this sense, the work will focus on skills, emotions and styles of work in the second step. For this purpose, different tools will be put into action in order to assess these needs in a straightforward and intuitive manner.
3. GOAL FORMULATION AND IDENTIFICATION
Once the needs of the employees have been identified, the training course will assist the executive to prioritise these needs and to set specific goals for each employee t o work on. Therefore, different tools useful for establishing joint objectives between the employee and the executive will be introduced in this step.
4. GENERATE PLANS
Once the goals to work on have been identified, it is time to establish concrete action plans and objectives, aligning the process with the abilities of the employee and the organization. In order to establish an effective process between the employee and the executive it is necessary to generate a climate of trust, good communication and a fluid interpersonal relationship. Available training tools to establish these kinds of interactions will be introduced here.
5. APPLY TOOLS
In the fifth phase, the aim is to strengthen the employee’s commitment by means of encouraging a continuous learning and improvement process. In order to do this, the training course offers monitoring tools which can assist in the visualisation of performance and improvement indicators.
6. REINFORCE THE COMMITMENT AND TRAINING
The final phase in the UCoach training e-Learning platform consists of various steps and tools that aim to consolidate and reinforce the training achievements already made.
